Job Description

The Aircraft Completions Manager ensures compliance with all engineering, FAA, and customer regulations and specifications. Manages the interior fabrication of aircraft including mechanics, the fitting of sub-assemblies to the aircraft, and final aircraft interior production. Being an Aircraft Completions Manager acts as advisor to interior assembly team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. In addition, Aircraft Completions Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a unit/department head. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. The Aircraft Completions Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Working as an Aircraft Completions Manager typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience.
