Designs and develops curriculum, methods, and materials to deliver and support the education programs of a membership organization. Being an Association Education Curriculum Developer evaluates the software or collaboration tools to be used for training. Develops outlines, instructor notes, and materials for in-person or online courses and self-study programs. In addition, Association Education Curriculum Developer establishes metrics to use to evaluate training effectiveness. May collaborate with or coach trainers. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Being an Association Education Curriculum Developer work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.
