Job Description

The Automation Analyst IV collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements by understanding workflow, objectives, and functional interdependencies. Analyzes business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining an organization's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. Being an Automation Analyst IV documents and maintains technical documentation, specifications, configurations, and guidelines related to RPA solutions, processes, and implementations. Acts as liaison between the business unit and IT department to ensure that requirements are understood and solutions align with business objectives. In addition, Automation Analyst IV analyzes system performance metrics and feedback to identify opportunities to improve automation processes and functionality. Generates regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of RPA applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Being an Automation Analyst IV work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters.
