The Campus Ministry Services Director plans and develops faith-based programs and events to facilitate and encourage student engagement. Organizes and coordinates religious services for the campus and student community. Being a Campus Ministry Services Director is responsible for financial decisions and planning including budget proposals and vendor coordination and management. Develops policies and procedures to ensure adequate service delivery and that department objectives are in alignment with the university's mission. In addition, Campus Ministry Services Director requires a master's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Campus Ministry Services Director manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Working as a Campus Ministry Services Director typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.
