Ensures pipeline and equipment integrity and maintains protection from corrosion using cathodic protection programs, pigging operations, and inspection processes. Being a Cathodic Protection Engineer II monitors maintenance projects for compliance and quality. Prepares specifications, designs, and work plans for cathodic protection program implementations. In addition, Cathodic Protection Engineer II requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent. Requires a valid Driver's license. Typically reports to a manager. Being a Cathodic Protection Engineer II work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.
