The Cathodic Protection Engineer III performs inspections, field audits, criticality assessments, and failure analyses. Ensures pipeline and equipment integrity and maintains protection from corrosion using cathodic protection programs, pigging operations, and inspection processes. Being a Cathodic Protection Engineer III monitors maintenance projects for compliance and quality. Prepares specifications, designs, and work plans for cathodic protection program implementations. In addition, Cathodic Protection Engineer III requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent. Requires a valid Driver's license. Typically reports to a manager. Being a Cathodic Protection Engineer III work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters.
