The Chief Divisional Human Resources Executive designs, plans, and implements human resources programs and policies, including staffing, compensation, benefits, visa/green card processing, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs for a region within an organization. Directs the overall human resources function of the division. Being a Chief Divisional Human Resources Executive may lead the work of Human Resources Business Partners. Ensures division's compliance with current, applicable labor laws. In addition, Chief Divisional Human Resources Executive requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to an Executive. The Chief Divisional Human Resources Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives.
