Develops policies and procedures that ensure the organization and staff operate in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. In addition, Chief Executive Long Term Care typically reports to top management. The Chief Executive Long Term Care manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business.
