Maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots desktop hardware and software packages. Being a Client Desktop Services Senior Support Technician writes manual for end-users to describe installation and operating procedures. Responsible for writing documentation to describe product corrections. In addition, Client Desktop Services Senior Support Technician requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Familiar with the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Typically reports to a manager.
