The Clinical Outcomes Data and Metrics Analyst II gathers data on performance metrics to facilitate the review of program effectiveness. Collects clinical outcomes data and performs analysis in support of clinical process improvement initiatives. Being a Clinical Outcomes Data and Metrics Analyst II identifies areas for improvement and communicates findings to leadership. Evaluates and summarizes patient data to ensure that care is provided in accordance with clinical guidelines and organizational standards. In addition, Clinical Outcomes Data and Metrics Analyst II requires a bachelor's degree in nursing or healthcare related area. May require a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Typically reports to a manager. Being a Clinical Outcomes Data and Metrics Analyst II occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Working as a Clinical Outcomes Data and Metrics Analyst II typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
