The Commercial Lending Officer IV performs a due diligence review of potential borrowers, including a risk and financial analysis. Solicits and services a variety of large and complex commercial loans. Being a Commercial Lending Officer IV monitors and maintains existing commercial loan portfolio. Approves loans within established limits or presents to loan committee for approval. In addition, Commercial Lending Officer IV adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal risk and operating policies and procedures. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Being a Commercial Lending Officer IV work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group.
