Collects and maintains basic credit information. Being a Credit/Past Due Collections Specialist I typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Keeps record of all delinquent accounts, incomplete files, and credit risks. In addition, Credit/Past Due Collections Specialist I typically reports to a Supervisor or Manager. Being a Credit/Past Due Collections Specialist I possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.
