In addition, Crop Specialist research current literature to understand and promote new agriculture strategies. Requires a bachelor's degree in agricultural studies. Typically reports to a manager. Being a Crop Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.
