Job Description

The Dermatologist prescribes and administers patient medications. Examines and diagnoses disorders and diseases of the human skin. Being a Dermatologist consults with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment. Performs a variety of laboratory procedures, examines sample tissues, and uses various biological and chemical analyses to identify harmful organisms or pathological conditions. In addition, Dermatologist requires a degree in medicine from an accredited school and is licensed to practice. May report to a medical director.
