Designs, develops, and tests mathematical algorithms used to analyze and process signal and imagery data. Develops the concepts, requirements, architecture, prototypes, algorithms, and models for systems. In addition, Digital Signal Processing Engineer I conducts research and studies to create innovative approaches for solutions and products. Requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mathematics, computer science, or related discipline. Typically reports to a manager.
