Oversees all aspects of private banking activities that service the needs of high net-worth clients. Being a Director of High Net Worth Client Banking implements operations, processes, and team development programs that enhance the achievement of private banking objectives. Develops strategy and objectives that include deposit and loan volume goals and effective marketing plans. In addition, Director of High Net Worth Client Banking may act as a consultant for high value or complex credit decisions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Director of High Net Worth Client Banking manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.
