The Director of Outpatient Services ensures a high level of quality care and services for patients by coordinating and communicating operational procedures to staff and various departments. Monitors, evaluates, and modifies programs while adhering to company guidelines and standards. In addition, Director of Outpatient Services typically reports to top management. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
