Consults with other veterinary specialists as needed. Requires a doctorate degree in Veterinary Medicine. Requires an applicable state license to practice.Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)'s years of experience requirement may be unspecified.
