Ensures that environmental due diligence is properly supported. In addition, Environmental Risk Control Specialist maintains knowledge of current environmental regulations. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement response and preparedness plans to address potential environmental issues. Typically has a background in environmental science. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Being an Environmental Risk Control Specialist work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.
