The Expert-Team Lead Environmental Engineer may also design, install, operate and maintain measuring apparatus to determine the level of pollutants involving air, land, and water. Identifies, assesses and resolves problems concerning the environment. Being an Expert-Team Lead Environmental Engineer ensures the organization's conformance to federal, state, and local environmental legislation. Performs experiments and reports findings on environmental consequences of equipment, tools, and procedures. In addition, Expert-Team Lead Environmental Engineer requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working as an Expert-Team Lead Environmental Engineer typically requires 10+ years of related experience. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. Works autonomously.
