The Import/Export Analyst III prepares and reviews all required documentation, coding, and calculations of duties, tariffs, price conversions. Administers the documentation processes required to import and export merchandise and materials in compliance with federal, state, local, or country-specific regulations. Being an Import/Export Analyst III ensures that all documentation is up to date and recorded in tracking systems. Completes any required payment transactions that accompany shipments. In addition, Import/Export Analyst III typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Being an Import/Export Analyst III work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.
