The Investment Trading Manager implements policies and procedures to guide the analysis and evaluation of investment products and ensure investment activities comply with regulatory standards. Manages the research and analysis of financial markets, securities, and investment products to assess risks, evaluate potential returns, and make informed investment decisions for an organization. Being an Investment Trading Manager monitors and manages an organization's investment portfolio to ensure optimal performance and alignment with investment objectives, strategies, and risk tolerance levels. Reviews economic data, financial metrics, and market conditions to evaluate financial models, forecasts, and investment strategies. In addition, Investment Trading Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Investment Trading Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Working as an Investment Trading Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.
