The Land Analyst Supervisor prepares special reports as required by management, reviewing all other specialized reports as well as lease and royalty paperwork, coordinating changes or corrections as required. Responsible for overseeing the support and administration of all land related activities. Being a Land Analyst Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Serves as a liaison to the legal department and land purchasing department to ensure that there are no land title or other land related issues. In addition, Land Analyst Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Land Analyst Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision.
