The Level III Stock Plan Administrator prepares and provides information to employees about vesting schedules, exercise process and eligibility. Administers the company stock plans. Being a Level III Stock Plan Administrator maintains and updates stock databases, prepares reports and performs analysis. Prepares new hire and other stock grants and processes employee transactions to exercise options. In addition, Level III Stock Plan Administrator may give input in the development of stock award pools or guidelines. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Being a Level III Stock Plan Administrator contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature.
