Litigation Counsel II Salary in Chapman, Alabama

The Litigation Counsel II conducts all phases of litigation for assigned cases including research, interviews, and investigation. Responsible for representing clients in civil matters and managing all aspects of the litigation process. Being a Litigation Counsel II handles pleadings, the pre-trial discovery process, trial, settlement, and appeal. Evaluates files to determine the degree of potential liability and damages.
