Responsible for identifying training needs and planning, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of staff development programs within an assigned area of responsibility. In addition, Nursing Education Program Coordinator requires Registered Nurse (RN) License. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Being a Nursing Education Program Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.
