The On Site Construction Manager I is responsible for handling client contact and obtaining client approval. Manages all on-site activities for small to mid-sized construction projects. Being an On Site Construction Manager I requires a bachelor's degree. Ensures that projects are completed on schedule, according to contractual conditions, and within budget. Extensive knowledge of department processes.
