Job Description

The On-site Support Technician V installs new products or enhances existing ones and may provide training and best practices for on-site personnel. Provides maintenance and technical support for company products at customer field locations. Being a On-site Support Technician V identifies and troubleshoots malfunctions and conducts or schedules repairs. Determines when products should be replaced and recommends and plans upgrades. In addition, On-site Support Technician V develops detailed service reports to document service visits, issues, and troubleshooting actions and logs and tracks maintenance activities. Requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. Being a On-site Support Technician V is capable of working on complex problems and exceptions without direct supervision. Has a wide and comprehensive understanding of both general and specific aspects of the job. Working as a On-site Support Technician V typically requires 7+ years of related experience.
