The PET/CT Technologist requires registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A. Responsible for operating Positron Emission Tomography equipment to produce images and measure concentrations of Radioactive Isotopes in specific body areas and body products to obtain information for use by physicians in diagnosing and treating patient illnesses.
