The Private Client Banking Director ensures that client relationships are developed and expanded and that the resources of the entire organization are properly leveraged to provide efficient and personalized service delivery. Oversees all aspects of private banking activities that service the needs of high net-worth clients. Being a Private Client Banking Director implements operations, processes, and team development programs that enhance the achievement of private banking objectives. Develops strategies and objectives that include deposit and loan volume goals and effective marketing plans. In addition, Private Client Banking Director may act as a consultant for high-value or complex credit decisions. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Private Client Banking Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Working as a Private Client Banking Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.
