Provides production process analysis and makes recommendations on solutions to process improvements. In addition, Production Staffing and Operations Manager relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Required a certain degree of creativity and latitude. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a senior manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes.
