The Public/Municipal Financial Associate II develops estimates of services and completes a comprehensive analysis of project, including bond ratings and insurance. Gathers and interprets financial data and coordinates the process for the origination of debt securities used to finance public projects for housing, utilities or other municipal initiatives.
