Provides technical expertise, evaluates content and makes recommendation on incorporating all facets of corporate training programs into the business operation. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working as a Regulatory Policy/Process Training Specialist typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.
