The Robotic Process Automation Analyst II collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements by understanding workflow, objectives, and functional interdependencies. Analyzes business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining an organization's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. Being a Robotic Process Automation Analyst II documents and maintains technical documentation, specifications, configurations, and guidelines related to RPA solutions, processes, and implementations. Acts as liaison between the business unit and IT department to ensure that requirements are understood and solutions align with business objectives. In addition, Robotic Process Automation Analyst II analyzes system performance metrics and feedback to identify opportunities to improve automation processes and functionality. Generates regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of RPA applications. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Being a Robotic Process Automation Analyst II occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.
