The SAP Enterprise Applications Analyst II coordinates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements by understanding workflow, goals, and processes. Analyzes business needs and processes to assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Being an SAP Enterprise Applications Analyst II documents business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to serve as a reference for the organization. Acts as liaison between the development teams and business stakeholders to ensure that SAP solutions align with business objectives. In addition, SAP Enterprise Applications Analyst II analyzes system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities to improve processes and SAP functionality. Generates and monitors regular reports to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of SAP applications. Communicates with SAP vendors to troubleshoot and resolve questions or issues. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Being an SAP Enterprise Applications Analyst II occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Working as an SAP Enterprise Applications Analyst II typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
