The Senior OTC Trader reviews stock orders to ensure accuracy, proper record keeping, and conformance to regulations. Responsible for timely buying and selling in the over-the-counter market. Being a Senior OTC Trader develops relationships with dealers to obtain optimal trade execution. Evaluates market volatility, carries out trades, and maintains accounts to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, Senior OTC Trader requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty, and may require state licensure. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working as a Senior OTC Trader typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.
