The Senior Portfolio Manager analyzes daily investment activities (domestic and international) to ensure the success of portfolios. Responsible for managing, evaluating, and monitoring complex or high value investment portfolios in a banking environment. Being a Senior Portfolio Manager may require NASD series 6, 7 and 63 licenses. Requires a bachelor's degree. In addition, Senior Portfolio Manager typically reports to top management. Working as a Senior Portfolio Manager typically requires 4 to 7 years of related experience. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.
