The Specialist Contract Administrator - Construction is responsible for preparing bids and negotiating specifications for materials, equipment, manpower, or other construction services. Assists in the preparation, review, and administration of contractual proposals relating to construction projects. Being a Specialist Contract Administrator - Construction may lead and direct the work of others. Secures all necessary approvals and ensures that standard company procedures are followed. In addition, Specialist Contract Administrator - Construction requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working as a Specialist Contract Administrator - Construction typically requires 6 to 9 years of related experience. A specialist on complex technical and business matters.
