The Staff Support Resource Specialist I answers questions and provides guidance regarding bank products/services and policies. Provides centralized customer service to the branches by researching and answering questions from branch employees. Being a Staff Support Resource Specialist I completes call tracking and supporting documentation associated with the Branch Support function. Serves as a resource to branch employees by responding to questions and conducting basic research about bank operational policies/procedures, and transactions. In addition, Staff Support Resource Specialist I may research and address inquiries regarding specific transactions. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Being a Staff Support Resource Specialist I possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job.
