The Technical Change Documentation Specialist III produces foundational manuals, release notes, user documentation, and online instructional content. Develops, prepares, and maintains functional, configuration, and user interface documentation for computer software and hardware products. Being a Technical Change Documentation Specialist III researches, reviews, and collects all related technical information to be reflected in the documentation. Documents enhancements or changes to a product or process using a standardized style and structure. In addition, Technical Change Documentation Specialist III uses a variety of editing, content management, diagramming, screen capture, and other documentation tools. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. Being a Technical Change Documentation Specialist III work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.
