The Vice President of Cash Management is responsible for determining cash requirements and maintaining cash flows, including banking accounts, long-and short-term debt and investment management. Minimizes financial, reputational and regulatory risk to the firm and maximizes the utilization of organization funds. Being a Vice President of Cash Management requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically manages the organization's bank accounts, including the oversight of staff responsible for account reconciliation, transfer of funds, or purchase or sale of foreign currencies. In addition, Vice President of Cash Management typically reports to top management. The Vice President of Cash Management manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business.
