Job Description
The Website Implementation and Maintenance Manager monitors web traffic, performance and capacity to identify, prevent and resolve issues. Responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of the infrastructure, hardware, and software utilized for the organization's website. Being a Website Implementation and Maintenance Manager maintains appropriate security and troubleshoots any issues. Coordinates with stakeholders to ensure that the site provides content and functionality that meet the business needs of the organization. In addition, Website Implementation and Maintenance Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Website Implementation and Maintenance Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Working as a Website Implementation and Maintenance Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required.
