Behavior Analyst performs psychological/behavioral assessments for assigned patients. Designs, implements and evaluates behavior intervention plans. Being a Behavior Analyst provides ongoing training to clinical staff in the implementation of behavior programs. Typically reports to the head of a unit/department. Additionally, Behavior Analyst requires a master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field. May require certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
