Develops projections, reports, and presentations of the impact of a merger/acquisition on the organization. Performs financial forecasting and modeling. Prepares required documentation. Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings. Assists with project management activities. Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting or equivalent. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
