10PEARLS SAFe Scrum Master Salary in the United States

10Pearls is seeking a SAFe Scrum Master with 10+ years of experience to join our award-winning team in delivering cutting-edge technology solutions spanning cloud, mobile, and enterprise web solutions. This position will help transform businesses through new product development and modernization of existing enterprise systems for our customers. We’re looking for people who are passionate about Security Support Engineering and are committed to provide the highest quality solutions. 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Your primary responsibility is assisting the self-organizing, self-managing team to achieve its goals and lead major technology assignments 

• Lead and coach the Agile Team, educating them in Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), Kanban, and SAFe 

• Ensure that the agreed Agile process is being followed by removing impediments and fostering an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement 

• Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short-term project growth and success 

• May supervise others 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

• US Citizenship  

• BA/BS required, MA/MS preferred 

• Possess and apply a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments 

• Be able to function as a technical expert across multiple project assignments 

• Deep Experience with: SAFe, DevSecOps, Automated Test Cases, Automated Code Quality Scans, Automated Security Scans, Quality Center, Jenkins 

• Familiarity with ISO 9001: Quality Management Standards Requirements 

Preferred but not required: 

• Biometrics 

• Webservices 

• Microservices 

• Cloud architecture - especially GovCloud, and including cloud-adjacent solutions (e.g., Equinix)
