10PEARLS Technical Lead Salary in the United States

10Pearls is seeking a Technical Lead to join our growing team. You will be partnering with business and technology teams to deliver sustainable engineering solutions to our clients. The following will also be a part of your responsibilities: 

• Manage complex programs from a technical solutioning and engineering standpoint 

• Ability to engage with customers during the sales process to understand project needs and promote best practices, review technical strategy, make recommendations based on those needs; and communicate with prospects effectively via phone, email and through presentations. 

• Identify insightful and logical corrective measures for complex deficiencies and forwards systemic proposals to leadership. 

• Provides advice to leadership on the design, development and enforcement of business/infrastructure application standards to include the associated controls, procedures and monitoring to ensure compliance. 

• Identifies technical risks to systems and works toward identifying and implementing mitigations to those risks. 

• Identifies, analyzes, and resolves system problems through “out of the box” thinking and technology expertise  

• Be accountable for the development of effective software and hardware systems that meets complex client requirements 

• Ensure alignment of the team’s products and services with technology and architecture strategy 

• Provide technical knowledge and insight to peers and colleagues 

• Ensure that the Team’s technical product documentation is always complete, accurate and coherent 

• Work with other technical leaders in the broader organization to define, document and distribute best practice and standards 

• Define, lead and encourage continuous improvement of the Team’s delivery and development processes 

• Work with project and product leads to design software and hardware solutions that create implementable specifications and tasks at product and roadmap level 

• Learn new technologies and keep abreast of existing technologies and help introduce them where appropriate 

• Able to think and operate on both the strategic and tactical levels (e.g. able to devise a short-term solution that complements the longer-term goals) 

• Strong written and verbal communications skills, especially when presenting technical topics to a non-technical audience 

• Work and collaborate in an Agile Team 

Qualifications: 

• 8-10+ years related experience 

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience 

• Proven familiarity/expertise with requirements, design, development, testing, and operations of complex systems. 

• Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure, analytical and critical thinking skills, and multi-tasking ability. 

• Experienced in resource management and team building 

• Experience with Agile principals 

• Strong understanding of how implement "best practices" for software and system development
