120VC Project Leader Salary in the United States

We are looking for a Project Manager with Software Development experience to join our growing team in Irvine!

Qualifications – Must have:

• Experience delivering enterprise applications & systems related to software application and release management.
• 4 + year experience working with multiple teams leading them using waterfall, agile/scrum project management practices
• 4 + years working as a Project Manager, with Big 5 consulting experience or similar
• Must be a self-starter
• 4 + proficient in Microsoft Project, Jira, and Confluence
• Adept at communicating (leading) C-Level Executives

Qualifications – Nice to have:

• PMP, CSM and SAFe Certifications

Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned projects as aggressively as possible while acting as an ambassador for the 120VC standards
• Work with your account team to mature the client’s business agility and change readiness by progressively implementing/iterating down the Organizational Change Engine maturity funnel.
• Truly care about our clients, their team members, and their vendors, and demonstrate this in your words, your actions and how you deliver
• Share 120VC best practices with client team members and their vendors via 1 to 1 meetings, lunch and learns, & webinars
• Obtain the 120-PLC within seven (7) months of the start date
