75F Trainer: Building Automation Systems Salary in the United States

Who We Are

75F is a taking it to the next level by building a nationwide network of 3rd party 75F installers and representatives. This requires building positive relationships with a wide audience and making sure that each rep in our network feels confident in their ability to install and commission 75F projects on their own. There is no doubt we make building controls easier to understand, but to build such a network is going to require a lot of training to gain the trust and confidence of each of our partners.

Required Experience

• 2 Years of training experience.
• 2 Years of commercial HVAC experience
• 2 Years of Building Automation System (BAS) experience

Description

This role is going to be critical to the success of 75F and requires regular travel. In this role you will be responsible for on boarding new installation and service partners for 75F deployments nationwide. This role will be responsible for creating proven techniques that drive maximum retention with each of our partners. To be qualified for this role you must be fully versed in HVAC and BAS terminology and have a solid grasp on the mechanics of HVAC. This person will report to the Director of Support and Training and will work very closely with many members of the support and service team. This role could require as much as 80% travel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. (Other duties may be assigned)

• Create, maintain, and prove training techniques that drive maximum retention.
• Perform on-site installation and commissioning trainings to specifications.
• Host training seminars for soon to be 75F partners. Building toward a certification program.
• Accurately review submittals, schematics, and sequence of operations and translate to 75F implementations.
• Remotely commission 75F deployments to specification.
• Create helpful internal and external support documentation for products, software, or services.
• Project Management roles as required to keep trainings on track.
• Up to 80% travel

Preferred Experience

• 2-4 Years of HVAC experience
• 2-4 Years of Building Automation System (BAS) experience
• 2-4 Years of training experience

Education

• Associate Degree
