THE JOB

You will be hands-on in our Assistant Controller job.  You think critically, you ask questions.  Clients like to work with you.  You coach and you collaborate.   You will make an impact daily. Our consultants are working on multiple client engagements and internal teams at the same time. You are comfortable having responsibilities that will often vary significantly from month to month. 

 

THE EXPERIENCE

The ability to work proactively, solve problems and make decisions with minimal supervision is your style. You pride yourself on your resourcefulness when it comes to challenges and problem solving.

 

THE REQUIREMENTS

You must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 5 or more years progressive accrual accounting experience and strong excel skills are required. You must have exceptional communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills with enthusiasm for teamwork. 

 

Ability to travel  up to 80% of the time is highly desirable!

 

EXTRA SKILLS           

  • You have experience with SaaS companies and GAAP Rev Rec.
  • CPA/candidate and experience with QuickBooks or NetSuite is a huge plus!
  • Bonus points for having experience in Big Four public accounting.
