A360INC Accounting Specialist Salary in the United States

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with gathering of supporting cost documents in order to submit invoices
• Uploading of invoices with attachments
• Running certain other automation to have invoices uploaded
• Process Adjustments as discovered during upload

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:      

• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Detail oriented and analytical abilities
• Ability to analyze and solve complex problems

Training and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Some college level coursework preferred
• Proficient in Windows XP and MSOffice
• 1-year experience in Accounts Receivable desired
• Understanding Accounting concepts such as credits/debits concepts, AR adjustments,
• AR Write Offs, AR Recoveries and Refunds preferred

Conditions of Work:

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Ability to remain focused for extended periods of time
• Ability to work extra hours on short notice to accomplish goals
• Ability to work on computers for a significant portion of the day
• Ability to travel domestically, if necessary
